All-on-4 is a streamlined dental implant protocol that enables replacing an upper or lower set of teeth with a minimum of four implants to support beautiful new teeth. With All-on-4 full mouth dental implants in Algonquin, IL, the posterior (back) implants are tilted 45 degrees towards the rear of your mouth, which often bypasses the need for a bone grafting procedure. Thanks to this innovative procedure, you can walk out of our practice the same day as surgery with temporary teeth that you’ll wear until the dental implants fuse with your underlying jawbone.
Dental crowns restore the size, shape, and strength of broken, decayed, or weakened teeth. The zirconia or porcelain crown covers the entire visible portion of your tooth, down to the gumline.
Bridges are used to replace one or more missing teeth and require crowns on anchoring teeth to support a false tooth that fills the gap. Although bridges restore function and aesthetics, bone loss continues under the false tooth unless the missing tooth root is replaced with a dental implant.
The goal of restorative dentistry is to improve your teeth’ structure, health, and appearance. By examining your mouth, including your gums, teeth, jaw muscles, and joints, we can accurately identify signs of disease, pinpoint areas of instability, and determine the best possible treatment. Issues treated with restorative dentistry include decay, enamel discoloration or wear, broken or chipped teeth, tooth loss, misalignment, and chronic oral pain.
